This policy explains how Be Ur Kind Private Limited (“Be Ur Kind”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website, beurkind.com. We collect as little as possible, use it only to respond to you, and never sell it.

1. What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through the “Send a query” form:

• Your name and email address (required, so we can reply)
• Company name and phone number (optional)
• The service you are interested in and the message you write

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as bank, card, identity-document or health details through the form.

2. Why we use it

We use these details only to understand and respond to your query, and, if you then engage us, to discuss and provide our services. We process them on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box on the form.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from abuse; these do not identify you for marketing.

4. Service providers who handle data for us

• Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and protects it from attacks.
• Google Fonts — supplies the website’s fonts; your browser connects to Google to download them, which shares your IP address with Google.
• Our business email provider — stores the queries we receive.

These providers may process data outside India. They handle it only to provide their service to us.

5. How long we keep it

We keep query details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and afterwards only as long as required for legitimate business records or by law.

6. Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it, or withdraw the consent you gave; and
• resolve any grievance about how we have handled it.
